On June 22, 2023 Habitat for Humanity Vail Valley broke ground on 16 homes, starting to build a new neighborhood with 16 new homeowners at Adams Way Road / Third Street in Eagle. This is Habitat for Humanity’s first project utilizing modular manufacturing and Fading West is proud to partner with them! This development is a standout because of all the partnerships that made it possible, the future homeowners and the innovation.  Eagle County School District donated the land that is adjacent to Eagle Valley Middle School. Other partners include the Town of Eagle and Eagle County.  Seventy-five percent of the development is dedicated to Eagle County School District employees earning between 80-100% AMI.
