Our state of the art factory is capable of producing 2+ modular units a day to meet demand from our owner/developer clients as well as for our own development projects. We efficiently build your modular homes in a climate-controlled environment year-round in Colorado.

Our construction team are the experts in modular set and stitch. We’ve optimized site work to get you to certificate of occupancy faster. As a certified general contractor in Colorado, Fading West offers construction management and general contracting services for prospective clients in our primary markets.
We have also established a number of strategic relationships with third-party contractors in markets we don’t serve to better support our clients. If you do have your own GC, Fading West can provide resources to make your module installation as smooth as possible.
