We are thrilled to be working with Quartz Properties in this community in Poncha Springs.  Quartz Properties is a modular-centric developer based out of Massachusetts, that partnered with Fading West to serve as both the modular manufacturer and onsite general contractor. Quartz at Poncha Meadows features 36 mountain modern homes which fit seamlessly into the sweeping Colorado landscape.  Floor plans range from 1,350 to 2,050 SF with attached garages.  The subdivision spans two blocks and sits within the larger Poncha Meadows development.

Project Status: Phase I, II, & III complete. Phases IV complete in early 2024
