Through an RFP process, Fading West was selected by the Town of Buena Vista to be the developer for this public/private venture.  Fading West will manufacture and construct 60 apartments along with a stand-alone, site-built, childcare facility.  The Town will contribute the land for the development with Fading West deeding back the childcare facility upon completion of construction.  

The Town and Fading West will pursue state subsidies as part of the overall project financing which will result in at least a portion of the units being deed restricted for income levels.
