In a truly innovative public/private venture, Fading West provided 52 apartment units for the Town of Breckenridge to develop workforce housing. Summit County contributed the land and in cooperation with the Town of Breckenridge, local leadership was able to greenlight the project in just six months versus a normal approval process of 18-24 months.

This was Fading West’s first apartment build and will consists of a mix of studio and 1 and 2-bedroom units. The factory construction will allow the buildings to be solar-ready with solar panels installed onsite.
